WAVEYA is an international dance group of South Korea, consisting of two sisters. Ari is the elder sister. Jang Eun Young is her real name. The younger sister, nicknamed MiU and real name Jang You Sun is Jang Eun Young. Her real name is Jang You Sun. The group began dancing around a decade years ago. Since then, they has undergone numerous changes. At first there were a lot of female members. As one would expect from a South Korean amateur dance group, there were many ugly girls. Many of the girls began to realize that they weren’t confident enough to perform sluts publicly.

WAVEYA Dance Group does a variety of dance videos as well as events. They usually do kpop dance covers, which they upload to YouTube. Waveya became popular after they created their YouTube channel that has accumulated over 3.5 million viewers since its creation in 2011. In their videos Waveya either perform dance covers of diverse K-Pop, American or Brazilian artists as well as their own choreography.

Since the inception of the group There have been a lot of changes in the lineup. Waveya’s popularity started to increase as soon as they uploaded the video on YouTube, in which they danced to Psy’s smash track Gangnam Style. Since the time, Waveya has produced YouTube videos, performed in concerts and also created commercials. Waveya has been in concert in many countries, including the United States, Korea, Indonesia, Canada and France.
