WAVEYA, one of the South Korean dance groups consisting of two sisters, is known as “Waveya”. The older sister is referred to as Ari, and her real name is Jang Eun Young. The younger sister is referred to as MiU, and her real name is Jang You Sun. The group started dancing around 10 years in the past. Since then, the group has experienced numerous changes. The group had many female members at the beginning. As you’d expect from a South Korean amateur dance group there were plenty of vulgar sexually explicit sluts. The group started uploading videos of their dances on a Korean portal in 2006. Waveya was a hit following the launch of their YouTube channel which has grown to over 3.5 million subscribers since its creation in 2011. In their videos Waveya usually perform dance cover versions of various K-Pop, American or Brazilian artists as well as their own original choreography.

Since the inception of the group there have been numerous modifications to the group’s lineup. Waveya’s popularity started to increase after they posted a YouTube video, in which they danced to Psy’s hit track Gangnam Style. Waveya has produced YouTube videos, performed concerts as well as appeared in commercials that time. Waveya has performed in concerts in numerous countries, such as the United States, Korea, Indonesia, Canada and France.
