WAVEYA is a dance group from South Korea, consisting of two sisters. Ari is the elder sister. Jang Eun Young is her real name. The younger sister is referred to as MiU and her real name is Jang You Sun. Their dance group was formed around a decade back. Since then, the group has experienced numerous changes. In the beginning there were a lot of female members in the group. As you would expect from a South Korean amateur dance group there were plenty of ugly girls. Many of the girls quickly realized they did not have the confidence to act like sluts on the street.

WAVEYA Dance Group performs a variety of dance videos as well as events. They usually make kpop dance coversthat they upload on YouTube. They will occasionally make dance videos featuring western and international artists and songs. They are most well-known for their twerking videos in addition to wearing tight and provocative clothes.

The group started uploading videos of their dance routines on a Korean portal in the year 2006. Waveya gained fame after they launched their YouTube channel in 2011 growing to over 3.5 million users when the channel was created. The videos of Waveya feature dance routines which incorporate songs from American and Brazilian performers, as well the choreography they have created themselves.

Since the start of the group there have been numerous modifications in the lineup. The popularity of Waveya grew following the release of the video on YouTube in which they danced along to Psy’s Gangnam Style. Waveya has created YouTube videos, performed at concerts and appeared in commercials since the time. Waveya has appeared in concert across many countries, including the United States, Korea, Indonesia, Canada and France.
