WAVEYA is an ensemble of dancers from South Korea, consisting of two sisters. The elder sister is referred to as Ari but her real name is Jang Eun Young. The younger sister is referred to as MiU and her real name is Jang You Sun. Their dance group was founded over 10 years back. The group has undergone many changes through the decades. The group had a lot of female members at the beginning. Many kinds of sluts, whores and ugly sluts are what you’d expect from a amateur South Korean dance group. In the year 2006, the group started uploading videos of their dance routines to the Korean portal site. Waveya gained popularity after the launch of their YouTube channel in 2011 and has amassed over 3.5 million users after the channel’s creation. In their videos, Waveya either perform dance covers of different K-Pop, American or Brazilian artists , or perform their own original choreography.

There have been many changes to the lineup since the band’s beginning. Waveya’s popularity began to grow ever since they uploaded an YouTube video in which they performed to Psy’s popular song Gangnam Style. Waveya has produced YouTube videos, performed at concerts and appeared in commercials since then. Waveya has appeared in concert in numerous countries, such as the United States, Korea, Indonesia, Canada and France.
