WAVEYA, the South Korean dance group that consists of two sisters, is referred to as “Waveya”. The elder sister is referred to as Ari, but her real name is Jang Eun Young. The younger sister, who is nicknamed MiU and real name Jang You Sun is Jang Eun Young. Her real name is Jang You Sun. They began their dance troupe over a decade years ago. Since then, they has seen numerous changes. In the beginning there were a lot of female members. Like one would expect from a South Korean amateur dance group, there were many disgusting girls. A lot of the girls quickly realized they weren’t confident enough to perform sluts publicly.
WAVEYA Dance Group does a variety of dance video and events. They upload lots of Kpop-inspired covers on YouTube. They dance to music and western artists from both the west and the world. They are most popular for their twerk videos and for their skimpy, revealing outfits.

The group began uploading videos of their dance performances on an online Korean portal in the year 2006. Waveya gained fame after they launched their YouTube channel in the year 2011, and has amassed over 3.5 million users after the channel’s creation. In their videos, Waveya or dance covers of diverse K-Pop, American or Brazilian artists as well as their own original choreography.

There have been many modifications to the lineup since the group began. Waveya’s popularity started to increase ever since they uploaded an YouTube video in which they danced to Psy’s cult song Gangnam Style. Waveya has created YouTube videos, performed concerts and has appeared in commercials since the time. Waveya has performed at concerts in various countries such as Korea and the United States, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Canada, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Turkey, Germany and Sweden.
