WAVEYA is the South Korean dance group consisting of two sisters, is called “Waveya”. The older sister is referred to as Ari and her real name is Jang Eun Young. The younger sister, nicknamed MiU and real name Jang You Sun is Jang Eun Young. Her real name is Jang You Sun. They formed their dance group over a decade ago. Waveya gained fame after they launched their YouTube channel in the year 2011, amassing over 3.5 million users when the channel was created. In their videos, Waveya or dance covers of various K-Pop, American or Brazilian artists along with their own original choreography.

Waveya’s popularity rose after they posted on YouTube a video in which they danced to the song of Psy’s Gangnam Style. Waveya has also made YouTube videos, performed in concerts and has appeared in commercials since the time. Waveya has been in concert in a variety of countries, including the United States, Korea, Indonesia, Canada and France.
