WAVEYA is an ensemble of dancers formed in South Korea, consisting of two sisters. The older sister is known as Ari, but her real name is Jang Eun Young. The younger sister is nicknamed MiU but her real name is Jang You Sun. They started their dance group about a decade back. The group has undergone several changes over the decades. The group had many female members when it first started. Many kinds of ugly sluts and whores like you’d expect from an amateur South Korean dance group. The girls who were the first began to realize that they weren’t confident enough to act like sluts on the street.

WAVEYA Dance Group does a variety of dance video and events. They upload a variety of kpop covers to YouTube. But, they also create dance videos for foreign and western artists, as well as songs. They are most popular for their twerking videos and for their revealing, skimpy outfits.

The group started uploading videos of their dance routines on a Korean portal website in 2006. Waveya gained popularity after the launch of their YouTube channel in 2011 growing to over 3.5 million subscribers since the channel was launched. In their videos Waveya often perform dance covers of various K-Pop, American or Brazilian artists , or perform their own original choreography.

There have been many changes in the lineup since the band’s beginning. Waveya’s popularity started to increase from the moment they posted an YouTube video in which they performed to Psy’s popular song Gangnam Style. Since since then, Waveya has produced YouTube videos, given concerts, and has also made commercials. Waveya has performed in concerts across many countries, including the United States, Korea, Indonesia, Canada and France.
