WAVEYA is an international dance group formed in South Korea, consisting of two sisters. The older sister is referred to as Ari but her real name is Jang Eun Young. The younger sister is nicknamed MiU but her real name is Jang You Sun. They began their dance troupe about a decade years ago. The group has gone through numerous changes throughout the years. At first there were a lot of female members in the group. Like you’d expect from any South Korean amateur dance group, there were many vulgar girls. A lot of the girls quickly realized they were not confident enough to be sluts in public.
WAVEYA Dance Group performs a variety dance videos and events. They upload many Kpop-related covers to YouTube. They dance to music and western songs from the west and the world. They are most famous for their twerking videos and also for wearing revealing and daring clothes.

The group started uploading videos of their dances on an online Korean portal site in 2006. Waveya became popular after they established their YouTube channel and has gained more than 3.5 million subscribers since its creation in 2011. Waveya’s videos feature dance routines that feature covers of American and Brazilian musicians, aswell as their own choreography.
There have been several changes to the group’s lineup since the band’s beginning. Waveya’s popularity has increased as soon as they uploaded an YouTube video in which they danced to Psy’s cult track Gangnam Style. Waveya has produced YouTube videos, performed live on stage as well as appeared in commercials then. Waveya has performed live in numerous countries, such as the United States, Korea, Indonesia, Canada and France.
