WAVEYA, a South Korean dance group which is comprised of two sisters, is known as “Waveya”. The older sister is known as Ari, and her real name is Jang Eun Young. The younger sister, nicknamed MiU and real name Jang You Sun is Jang Eun Young. She is known as Jang You Sun. They started their dance group over a decade ago. The group has experienced several changes over the years. There were many female members when it first started. The group began posting videos of their dance routines on the Korean portal in 2006. Waveya was a hit after they established their YouTube channel which has grown to over 3.5 million users since its creation in 2011. The videos of Waveya feature dance routines that feature covers of American and Brazilian artists as well the choreography they have created themselves.

There have been many variations in the group’s lineup since the group’s formation. The popularity of Waveya has grown after they posted an YouTube video in which they danced to Psy’s cult song Gangnam Style. Since then, Waveya has produced YouTube videos, performed at concerts, and also created commercials. Waveya has appeared in concert in a variety of countries, including the United States, Korea, Indonesia, Canada and France.
