WAVEYA is an international dance group that hails from South Korea, consisting of two sisters. Ari is the older sister. Jang Eun Young is her real name. The younger sister, who is nicknamed MiU and real name Jang You Sun is Jang Eun Young. She is known as Jang You Sun. The group started dancing around 10 years back. Since then, the group has experienced many modifications. At first there were a lot of female members in the group. Like you’d expect from any South Korean amateur dance group There were some disgusting girls. Many of the original girls soon realized that they were not confident enough to act like sluts on the street.
WAVEYA Dance Group performs a variety dance videos and events. They upload a lot of kpop covers to YouTube. They will dance to songs and western artists from both in the west as well as from overseas. They are most famous for their twerk videos and for their revealing, skimpy costumes.

In the year 2006, the group began uploading videos of their dance routines to the Korean portal website. Waveya gained fame after they launched their YouTube channel in the year 2011 having more than 3.5 million subscribers after the channel’s creation. In their videos Waveya either perform dance covers of different K-Pop, American or Brazilian artists as well as their own original choreography.
There have been numerous changes in the lineup since the group’s formation. Waveya’s popularity grew after they released the video on YouTube in which they danced along to the song of Psy’s Gangnam Style. Since that time, Waveya has produced YouTube videos, held concerts, and has also made commercials. Waveya has performed in concerts in a variety of countries like Korea as well as the United States, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Canada, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Turkey, Germany and Sweden.
