WAVEYA is one of the South Korean dance groups which is comprised of two sisters, is called “Waveya”. The elder sister is nicknamed Ari, but her real name is Jang Eun Young. The younger sister is referred to as MiU and her real name is Jang You Sun. They started their dance group about a decade ago. The group has undergone many changes through the years. At first there were several female members in the group. Like one would expect from a South Korean amateur dance group There were some vulgar sexually explicit sluts. Many of the girls soon realized they didn’t possess the confidence to act as sluts.
WAVEYA Dance Group does a range of dance videos and events. They usually do kpop dance coversthat they upload on YouTube. They dance to songs as well as western artists from in the west as well as from overseas. They are mostly famous for their twerking videos and also for wearing revealing and provocative outfits.

In 2006, the group started posting videos of their dances to an online Korean portal website. Waveya gained popularity after they established their YouTube channel and has gained more than 3.5 million viewers since its creation in 2011. Waveya’s videos feature dance routines which incorporate songs from American and Brazilian performers, as well in their own choreography.
Since the start of the group’s existence There have been a lot of modifications to the lineup. Waveya’s popularity started to increase from the moment they posted their YouTube video, which they danced to Psy’s hit song Gangnam Style. Waveya has produced YouTube videos, performed live on stage and has appeared in commercials since the time. Waveya has performed in concerts in a variety of countries like Korea as well as the United States, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Canada, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Turkey, Germany and Sweden.
