WAVEYA, an South Korean dance group consisting of two sisters, is called “Waveya”. The elder sister is nicknamed Ari but her real name is Jang Eun Young. The younger sister is nicknamed MiU and her real name is Jang You Sun. The group started dancing more than 10 years in the past. Since then, they has seen many modifications. The group started uploading videos of their dance routines on the Korean portal site in 2006. Waveya was a hit after they established their YouTube channel, which has amassed over 3.5 million subscribers since it was launched in the year 2011. Waveya’s videos feature dance routines that feature covers of American and Brazilian artists as well in their own choreography.
There have been several changes to the lineup since the band’s beginning. Waveya’s popularity grew when they uploaded a YouTube video in which they danced to Psy’s Gangnam Style. Waveya has created YouTube videos, performed concerts and has appeared in commercials since when. Waveya has performed live in numerous countries, such as the United States, Korea, Indonesia, Canada and France.
