WAVEYA is an ensemble of dancers of South Korea, consisting of two sisters. The older sister is nicknamed Ari and her real name is Jang Eun Young. The younger sister, nicknamed MiU and real name Jang You Sun is Jang Eun Young. They are known as Jang You Sun. They formed their dance group more than a decade in the past. The group has undergone numerous changes throughout the years. The group had a lot of female members in the beginning. In the year 2006, the group started uploading videos of their dance routines to the Korean portal website. Waveya became popular after launching their YouTube channel in the year 2011, growing to over 3.5 million viewers since the channel was made. In their videos, Waveya or dance covers of diverse K-Pop, American or Brazilian artists , or perform their own choreography.
Since the beginning of the group’s existence There have been a lot of modifications in the lineup. Waveya’s popularity rose after they released a YouTube video in which they danced to Psy’s Gangnam Style. Waveya has made YouTube videos, performed live on stage and acted in commercials since when.
